My latest credential is tutoring my home-schooled nephew, Michael, who is graduating from high school by next year! I understand why the lessons and questions confuse the poor students a lot. Soon as I point out the simple equation, or formula to remember, the problem is solved. “Oh! Is that the short-cut?”  I answered with, “Yes. And not really. I just happen to have a lot of experience and education working with those subjects.” (Smile)
And that’s the truth about tutoring. It is an expertise that parents and students expect from their tutors. So with my total of 28 years experience as a chemist, including my current employment as Senior Chemist in a Fortune 500 company, I can offer that expertise to you with confidence. I taught (and was a popular tutor of) undergraduate courses in chemistry, math and science while in graduate school. I enjoy tutoring and solving problems with students from grade school to college. If I can be of help to you, I am available as a tutor online and/or as a Homework Help through email. (Due to my fulltime job, I am currently unable to tutor in person.)
